Article I, Section 8: "The Congress shall have Power To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repeal Invasions;" Article II, Section 1: Referring to the President, 'Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--''I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.''' Article II, Section 2: "The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States;" Why are we protecting other countries and not our own ? Why have our Presidents and Congresses ignored their constitutional oath of office and constitutional duties to protect our homeland and "we the peple?" Why hasn't the Militia been called out to protect us from the invasion of illegal aliens, criminals and terrorists? Our immigration policies are out of control. Our immigration laws are being ignored. Our borders are wide open allowing massive numbers of those with criminal intent to enter our country. Local and National law enforcement officials are told to ignore those entering our country illegally. As yet the president and congress have done nothing to close our borders. If America is hit by another terrorist attack the government officials who are playing politics -- rather than protecting the American people -- are terrorists themselves. Those who could have taken action to prevented terrorist attacks, but didn't, are just as guilty as the terrorists. |
