There are approximately 240,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders in the United States. This staggering statistic, rarely mentioned by the media, was revealed in a study by Deborah Schurman-Kauflin of the Violent Crimes Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. “It is clear,” she says, “that the U.S. public faces a dangerous threat from sex predators who cross the U.S. borders illegally.” What’s more, she adds, “Then they gradually commit worse crimes and are continually released back into society or deported. Those who were deported simply returned illegally again.” Yet, the Bush Administration is embarked on a controversial and secretive plan to effectively erase U.S. borders and establish a North American Union to facilitate the flow of people and goods from Mexico into the U.S. The study investigated 1,500 cases of “serial rapes, serial murders, sexual homicides, and child molestations committed by illegal immigrants…

America is under an attack via 'Third World Momentum'. As more illegal aliens sneak past our borders without being screened for diseases, they disperse throughout our country carrying a backpack full of Center For Disease Control consequences. Within the past few years, leprosy, tuberculosis, hepatitis, Chagas disease and even malaria have jumped over our borders from Mexico on the backs of an average 10,000 illegal aliens daily, seven days a week and 365 days a year. Our borders are no safer today than before 9/11, and in fact, more dangerous.

Contagious diseases are entering the United States because of immigrants, illegal aliens, refugees and travelers, and World Health Organization officials say the worst could be yet to come.
In addition to a list of imported diseases that includes tuberculosis, sickle cell anemia, hepatitis B, measles and the potentially deadly parasitic disease Chagas, officials fear what could happen if the avian flu, which is flourishing among poultry in Southeast Asia, mutates so that it is capable of human-to-human transmission through casual contact.

The following are some partial phrases from the U.S. Constitution related to who is responsible for the use of the Militia to protect the people of the United States of America.

Article I, Section 8: "The Congress shall have Power To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repeal Invasions;"

Article II, Section 1: Referring to the President, 'Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--''I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.'''

Article II, Section 2: "The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States;"

Why are we protecting other countries and not our own ?

Why have our Presidents and Congresses ignored their constitutional oath of office and constitutional duties to protect our homeland and "we the peple?" Why hasn't the Militia been called out to protect us from the invasion of illegal aliens, criminals and terrorists?

Our immigration policies are out of control. Our immigration laws are being ignored. Our borders are wide open allowing massive numbers of those with criminal intent to enter our country. Local and National law enforcement officials are told to ignore those entering our country illegally. As yet the president and congress have done nothing to close our borders.

If America is hit by another terrorist attack the government officials who are playing politics -- rather than protecting the American people -- are terrorists themselves. Those who could have taken action to prevented terrorist attacks, but didn't, are just as guilty as the terrorists.
